Yes. Bank2PDF supports statements from both personal and business accounts (current accounts, company accounts) from all Portuguese banks. Business statement formats are generally identical to personal ones and detection is automatic.

Yes, using OCR. For paper statements that have been scanned, Bank2PDF uses optical character recognition (OCR) to extract transactions. This feature is available on paid plans. For digital PDFs (generated directly by the bank), accuracy is 99.5%.

When you reach the limit, you can purchase extra pages or upgrade to a higher plan. The system alerts you before you hit the limit and never cancels a conversion mid-way.

Yes. All file transfers are encrypted with SSL/TLS (HTTPS). Processing takes place on secure servers located in Portugal. Your data is never shared with third parties. Bank2PDF is fully GDPR compliant.

Files are stored temporarily during processing and remain available for re-download for up to 30 days. After that period they are automatically and permanently deleted.

Yes. You can upload a PDF with multiple months and Bank2PDF will produce a single Excel file with all transactions in chronological order.

For digital PDFs (generated directly by the bank, not scanned), accuracy is 99.5%. For OCR-processed scanned documents, accuracy depends on scan quality — we recommend scanning at 300 DPI or higher.

Most statements (1–10 pages) are processed in under 10 seconds. Larger or OCR-scanned statements may take up to 30–60 seconds.
